Denpasar,Intelmediabali,id-As part of the commitment to assist the Indonesian government to carry out the national mass vaccination program, TNI held mass vaccination in Bali (21/4/2021).
The 4-day mass vaccination which targeted mostly the economic actors resided in Bali is overseen in person by the TNI Commander-in-Chief Marshal TNI Dr. (H.C.) Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P., and the Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si.
According to the TNI Commander, the event which was started today will be held in three locations, namely Bali Galleria Shopping Center which spends 3000 vials of vaccine, Bali Waterbom 2500 vials and Kepaon Praja Raksaka Sport Hall with 740 vials.
Marshal Hadi stated that the reason that the mass vaccination event is being held in Bali is to robust the national economic recovery particularly in tourism sector.
"By involving TNI in providing mass vaccination in Bali, it is hoped that this program could revive the economic in Bali," he added.
"We, (TNI) have prepared 80 vaccinators consisting of members of the TNI and the Indonesian Police to hold the event here in Bali. This vaccination program is free of charge," stated the TNI Commander.
In addition, the types of vaccines which are given were AstraZeneca and Sinovac while acting as the coordinator is the Chief of Medical Military Regional Command IX / Udayana, Col Ckm dr. I Made Mardika, Sp. PD, MARS, FINASIM.( RED/ Penrem )
